This past week I have noticed that Nolan prefers mommy, he calms down faster for mommy anyway!! Brayden preferred mommy much sooner, and I was shocked it took almost my whole maternity leave for him!! He wants to be held most of the time now, he is only taking short cat naps if we are not holding him!! I am getting a lot less done around the house and a lot more snuggling in!! Oh well, they are only babies once, and this is my LAST baby so I should just enjoy it right!!! He is full of smiles and likes to be talked too, he is still trying to get a laugh out and he frequently mimics sounds that we make to him. He has many facial expressions that are visible in the pictures, he is hilarious to watch!! He has been showing his temper a little more lately, and you can't miss it!! Nolan still doesn't like tummy time much, but rolling over is a little harder for him since he's been gaining weight, he still does it but not as fast!!
Brayden has been preparing for Kindergarten at preschool for some time and we have been working on letters at home too, this week he's been recognizing letters very well and typing letters into his ipad himself instead of us!! He is doing great!! We finally picked Valentine's out for school and he wanted to put candy in balloons and then have the kids pop them for candy!! Balloons didn't work too well they were very fragile so we ended up putting candy in punching balloons!! The teacher is going to kill me for sure!! Then he got brownie pops as his treat!! He put stickers on his card Valentines we made that said "You make my heart POP!!" He continues to love his brother, actually this week Nolan was in his bouncy and fussed a little in his sleep, and I walked in the living room to check and Brayden was holding him!! He was just trying to help!! I love the love he has for him already!! Brayden has been making up songs for Nolan, Nolan likes to be sung to according to Brayden so he does it frequently including what he calls the PAS song!!!
