Weekend with Mommy and Daddy!

 

Our weekends these days include being outside, playing at the pool, parks, and whatever else comes our way!! This weekend we had dinner at the park with some friends, and then the little ones played at the park for a while. Saturday we went to the pool and the park. Sunday we went and bought some new water  toys and played in our own back yard!! He also got some new legos from the Planes Disney movie and he loved them. We had no idea how much actually time he would play with these legos!! Definitely worth the money we decided!! Here are a few pictures from the weekend of my silly little guy!!

I wish the weather was like this all the time!!

It has been beautiful around here for the past week. Luckily this week I am working on stuff in the office at work so that means I get to come home early!! I love to get out of  work with time to do stuff after. I picked Brayden up at daycare yesterday and when I got there and he saw me, he said "Oh goodness, its Christina" thankfully I know the teachers because otherwise they probably wouldn't of let me take him home!! He warmed up to me pretty quick!! We came home and daddy wanted to wash his car, so Brayden decided he needed to wash his truck!! They both completed their jobs, everyone was wet and got a few good laughs!! I can only imagine what the neighbors thought!! We have been to the pool tons this year, definitely got our money's worth from our passes!! He loves to be in the big pool this year, jumping in and showing off his swimming skills!!

I bought little ice cream cones with sprinkles on the ice cream for Brayden and he wanted nothing to do with them until there was only 1 left and then he ate it all!! I guess he didn't know what he was missing!! He usually loves ice cream with sprinkles but this one got by him!!

We were at the store and Brayden found these Spiderman winter boots on clearance and about 4 sizes smaller than his feet. He was determined that he was going to wear them, he tried for a few minutes before I finally convinced him to give up!! It was funny though!!

We will ENJOY the weather till its OVER!!

Kids are going back to school and luckily for us it is still warm enough to be outside doing summer things!! But.... I am already getting anxious about what we are going to do to keep us busy this winter!! He loves to be outside and I need to start researching ways to keep us busy over the cold months!! I think we were made to live somewhere where it is warm all year around!! Since that is not our life I guess we will enjoy it while we can!!

Brayden tells me  every time he eats a meal that he ate it all so he could get big and get big muscles!! This morning after breakfast he wanted me to let him know if his muscles were bigger yet!! SO cute!!

 

 

This is him trying to decide if he can do the Fireman's pole at the park!! Look at that face!! Ofcourse he can do it, and he did multiple times while the other little kids watched in amazement!! He loved that!!

Milkshake time, and he shares with mommy!!

 It's hard to tell, but this was in the movie theater, we went to see Disney Airplanes on Saturday night and he loved it!! He did pretty good in the theater and is still talking about the movie!! He can't wait to get all of the little airplanes from the movie!! Another favorite short lived toy I am sure!!



Water FIGHTS!!!

Brayden and his new HUGE BLAST GUN is one of his favorite toys!! He begs to go outside and have a water gun fight with us!! Then we look like a bunch of kids running around the back yard! Brayden's water gun holds 10x the water the other one does and so mommy and daddy always end up soaked!! Another fun thing to do I guess, I just wish it was a little warmer!!
