You are NEVER GOING TO BELIEVE THIS....

My BIG BOY went potty on the big boy POTTY today!! He was getting ready to take a bath and he went to the toilet and said "UP, UP" so I put him on there. I have been thinking that he pees on command lately but didn't think he was this good and he went pee and poop!!! I am not sure where he got this idea from, but I love the fact that he did, and everyone says boys are harder!! HA, HA!! Boy do I love this little guy!!

He just went potty for the first time on the potty!!
Brayden has a new obsession with Mickey Mouse!! He calls him Mouse and can spot him anywhere like the top of the racks at Lowes there was a blow up Mickey and he loved it!! He found a Mickey doll in the Christmas section at Lowes and loved it too!! Donny and I are hoping Mickey Mouse movies help us to make it to Minnesota this weekend!! Time will soon tell!!

I called daycare yesterday to set up a few things and the lady that answered the phone made my whole day. She had spent the morning in Brayden's room as one of the teachers and she took the time to tell me a story and how much she enjoys spending time with Brayden. As a mom I often wonder if I made the right decision with the daycare and working and the whole thing, and yesterday I felt pretty good about our decisions. She told me that my little blanket boy got up from lunch and got everyone's blankets and passed them out to all of the kids for nap time!! Isn't that the sweetest story ever!! She also said that he picked up a little girls cup during lunch when she dropped it!! Love that little guy so much!!

He rolled his ball under the tree and Donny and I told him to go get it, sure enough he did, and was so careful too!!

He just had to put my boots on this am. They are as tall as his legs, he tried to walk, only made it a few steps and he was done!!

More THANKSGIVING fun!!

Thanksgiving with my family and 3 kids that are from 11/2-4 years old is never a dull moment!! The kids have so much, and I think the adults laughed quite a bit too. Between Maddie holding everything Brayden wanted above her head so he couldn't reach it, Isabella trying to keep the peace between everyone, and Brayden falling and getting up over and over again it will be a holiday we will never forget (and we have lots of pictures to help too)!!!

So much to be THANKFUL for, and he has NO IDEA!

Another Thanksgiving passed, and I can't believe that this is already his second holiday season!! He is getting so big, and watching him with his 5 cousins that are quite a bit older than him was proof enough that  he is not a baby anymore. I tell myself and the other kids that he is a baby, but let me tell you that I will not be getting away with that much longer!!! By next holidays he will be able to hold him own without a problem.
Brayden is not quite old enough to understand what the holidays mean but one day hopefully he will understand, like Donny and I have that we are very fortunate to have everything and everyone that we do!! Donny and I have been blessed with this sweet little guy that has helped make all of our dreams come true!! He is such a special part of our life, and truly I don't know what we would do without him!!
We have another Thanksgiving tomorrow still so many more pictures to come, but here are some from the past few days with Donny's family!!

New Train Toy....and Bandaids

Whenever Aunt Karshawn gives Brayden a toy, we know it is going to be good. She has done this twice before and so far they are always a HIT with him!! Today was no different. She gave us a train toy that both of her boys loved. Brayden was intrigued by this thing that drove itself around in a circle and he loved sitting in the middle of the circle and watching it go around and around!! I don't think he is quite old enough to understand what it is exactly but he had a good time watching!!

Brayden had to get shots this week and for the first time he realized he had bandaids on and that they came off, and then went back on. They entertained him for about a half hour!! I guess I better get some kid bandaids for the next time he gets hurt because they really do make things better!! Ha, ha!!
