Easter, Warm Weather, and The Dells...

Easter this year was one of the most beautiful days we have had in a long time. I think Brayden was a little confused when he put a hat and gloves on with his shorts and short sleeved shirt. Silly boy!!

On Easter we played with our new Easter toys, had an Easter Egg Hunt, and played outside enjoying the beautiful weather!!  We are looking forward to nice weather all summer, bring on the 90's!!!!

 

 

 

 We colored Easter eggs this year, and Brayden was not very interested past the eggs getting some color on them. He didn't put any stickers or decorations on them till a few days later!!

 We went to the Dells a few weeks with Brayden's cousins and Grandma and Grandpa!!! It was a great trip!! Brayden loved hanging out with cousins so much, he told me after we got home that "he was going to save his money so Maddie and Isabella can come on all trips with us"!!! Brayden did awesome in the water, by far the most successful trip to the Dells so far!! Brayden went down all of the family slides, all of the big kid water slides he was tall enough for, and he loved the wave pool!!! Swim lessons have given him the confidence to enjoy the water and paired with his NO FEAR personality we are in big trouble!!!

I found a bunch of random pictures on my phone. Some from a day with friends bowling, baking, Baby Eli's birthday, and everything in between!!

I took Brayden to meet my dad this weekend and go to their house for the night. You never know how it is going to go till it happens, but he did amazing this time. He is surely PAPA's boy!! Since he only has one grandpa he sure does get excited to go to his house and Grandm's (with lots of dogs) house!! He hasn't quite figured out Grandma's have names so they are classified by him with dogs or without!!  I asked him where he slept and their house and he told me "Right next to grandpa"!!

The sad part is that he is becoming less and less of a mommy's boy!!! He still misses me, but I am becoming easier and easier to forget for moments at a time!! Little stinker!!!!

Brayden is getting closer and closer to 4 every day. Today is less than 2 months till we will be in California celebrating his birthday doing all kinds of fun things!!! We can't wait!! We are not convinced that the weather will stay nice every this year after the long awful winter we have had so we are looking forward to being warm!! It is 60 degrees today and Brayden asked me to take him to the pool!!! I guess this is warm to him!!!

 We went back to the gym this am to let Brayden run around and get some energy out!! He loves it!!! There is always something new to do and he enjoys looking for a new thing to entertain him!! I wish I had more Friday's off so we could go more!!

I got in the shower one morning and when I got out Brayden was extra quiet!! This is why, he had a whole package of Oreos out snacking away!! He took a chair from the table and slide it over to the snack cabinet and helped himself!! Great breakfast that day till I found him at least!!



He is helping us brush his teeth now, and he is also found a  new way to make a mess and get a drink!!! I couldn't pass up this picture!!!
