The past week has been rough for us!! Brayden got strep throat for the first time, and shared it with daddy!!! Brayden got hit pretty hard, had a fever for three days and it took him 5 days to get some energy back!! Donny has been up and down all week but had fevers for 3 days too!!! Luckily Nolan and mommy pulled through without a fever!!! Nolan slept a lot more than normal but my tough guy made it so far!! I picked him up early Tuesday from school and he had slept for 3 hours and missed lunch so we went on our first lunch date!!
Nolan is slowly becoming a less handled little guy!!! Mommy doesn't have to carry him as much and he will interact with others!! I'm going to miss my mommy only boy someday though!!! We are enjoying watching him grow into his own little self! He has his first little crush at daycare on one of his teachers!! Her name is Miss Carlie and you should hear him say her name!!! It melts my heart and hers every time!!! Nolan is in love with Ducks rights now and gets so excited when he sees one!!
Brayden only has 4 more days of kindergarten left!! I don't believe it!! What a fast, fun, and full year of learning he has had!! He has lots of fun stuff planned this week including mommy picking him up two days, a field trip to the pool, field day, and a color run!!! We went to his YMCA summer camp info meeting this week and they have lots of fun planned for him this summer!! He has field trips to Chicago even!!! He played for a little while with the kids and said it was lots of fun!! Even better news he can take his own lunch do that helps!!! Hopefully all will go well!!! He will go with Grandma on Friday to play Bingo, so lots of excitement coming!!!
We have been spending as much time as possible outside with this beautiful weather!! It wears the boys out and they are so happy!!! I'm so excited to what we have coming this summer!!!
