This year for vacation we went to California!!! Aunt Sheila and Uncle Jay and their family moved to near LA in January!!! They have a great location, and we were able to see so much of LA and what it has to offer!! It was really hot though this year and reached 100 degrees nearly every day!!! We were not prepared for that but had a great time anyway!!! We went to the pool, beach, zoo and spent a day at Disneyland for Brayden's birthday!!!
This was the first time that we have been away from home for a week and since we stayed at family's house Brayden was heart broken that we had to leave his cousins!!! It was awesome to see them interact all week and we are surely going to miss them after such a great week!!!
We were there for his birthday and if Disneyland wasn't enough for him to celebrate we came back to Aunt Sheila's to a party!!! He had presents, cake and decorations!!! He was thrilled!! A little tired from being at Disney when it was 100 degrees all day but he snuck a little nap in on the way home!!!
I think that his favorite part of Disneyland was Goofy's Kitchen!! He talked about it all year and couldn't wait to go back this year!! He loves that the characters come up and interact with him during his meal and give him buttons, and cupcakes!!! Plus they have a great dessert bar which helps!!! This year Minnie Mouse was his favorite by far!! She came back to the table at least 3 times and he loved every second of it!!! He couldn't believe she kept coming back and I think she knew he was so thrilled she couldn't stay away!!
